2. WORKING HOURS

Customer support and communication are available during the following working hours:

Monday–Friday: 10:00–18:00
Saturday–Sunday: Closed

For questions related to registration, payment, courses, events, certificates, service delivery, or refunds, participants may contact GSCP by email or phone during working hours.

3. REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION

Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.

Registration is considered complete only after successful submission of the registration form and, where applicable, successful payment of the relevant fee.

GSCP reserves the right to refuse or cancel registration in cases of incomplete information, suspected fraud, non-payment, inappropriate conduct, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

The price of each course, training program, conference, workshop, event, or service is displayed on the relevant course, event, or service page before registration and payment.

All prices are shown in Georgian Lari (GEL), unless otherwise stated.

Payment may be made through the online payment methods available on the website. Registration is confirmed only after successful payment, unless otherwise specified by GSCP.

5. SERVICE DELIVERY

After successful registration and payment, participants receive confirmation by email.

Educational services may be delivered in one of the following formats:
– in-person training at the announced venue;
– online training through the platform indicated by GSCP;
– hybrid format, if specified in the course or event description.

The exact date, time, location, format, duration, and participation details of each course, training, workshop, conference, or event are displayed on the relevant page or communicated to registered participants by email.

Access to the service is provided after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated in the course or event description.

6. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All educational materials, presentations, recordings, publications, certificates, documents, and other resources provided through this website or during GSCP activities remain the intellectual property of GSCP or their respective authors.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, uploaded, shared, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from GSCP or the relevant rights holder.

7. EVENT MODIFICATIONS

GSCP reserves the right to modify event programs, schedules, speakers, venues, dates, times, or delivery formats when necessary.

Reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered participants of significant changes.

If GSCP cancels or postpones an event, participants will be informed by email and may be offered a refund or transfer to a new date, in accordance with the Refund Policy below.

8. REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@gscp.ge.

For cancellations requested at least 30 calendar days before the course, training, workshop, conference, or event date, the participant is eligible for a refund. GSCP may deduct reasonable administrative or payment processing costs from the refunded amount.

For cancellations requested between 15 and 29 calendar days before the event date, GSCP may offer a 50% refund, transfer of registration to another course/event, or replacement of the participant.

For cancellations requested less than 14 calendar days before the event date, the registration fee is non-refundable. However, GSCP may allow replacement of the participant or transfer of registration to another course/event, where reasonably possible.

No refund is provided in case of non-attendance without prior written cancellation.

If GSCP cancels a course, training, workshop, conference, or event, the participant may choose either a full refund or transfer of registration to a new date.

If GSCP postpones an event, the participant may choose to keep the registration for the new date or request a refund.

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. The exact time for the refunded amount to appear on the participant’s account may depend on the bank or payment service provider.

9. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

GSCP collects and processes personal information provided during website use, registration, payment, communication, and participation in educational activities.

Personal data may include name, surname, email address, phone number, professional information, payment-related information, and other details necessary for registration and service delivery.

Personal data is used for registration management, payment processing, communication with participants, issuing confirmations or certificates, providing services, and fulfilling legal or administrative obligations.

GSCP does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared only where necessary for payment processing, service delivery, technical support, certification verification, or where required by applicable law.

10. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users and participants agree to use the website and GSCP services lawfully and respectfully.

Users must not submit false information, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse educational materials, or engage in conduct that may harm GSCP, its participants, partners, lecturers, or website users.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GSCP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, participation in GSCP activities, technical interruptions, or inability to access services due to circumstances beyond GSCP’s reasonable control.

GSCP is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet service providers, payment processors, hosting providers, third-party platforms, or force majeure circumstances.

12. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

GSCP strives to maintain reliable access to the website. However, the website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, or circumstances beyond GSCP’s control.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Georgia.

Any dispute arising from the use of this website, registration, payment, service delivery, or participation in GSCP activities shall be resolved in accordance with Georgian legislation.
